The tri-island tour -Guyam, Daku, and Naked Island- is the most popular in Siargao. Book through Siargao's Tourism Center for Php2000 per boat for six pax. Island hopping can be arranged on the same day of the tour. Lunch is not included, but you may bring food. Eatery and stores in Daku Island offer paluto or freshly cooked meals. Hotels and tours, on the other hand, offer this package for Php1500 for joiners- lunch is included.

Renting a motorbike is recommended when roaming around Siargao. You can rent a motorbike for Php400/day and haggle for a lower price if staying for longer days. If you don't know how to drive or have no license, there are tours you can avail to see your desired destinations.

Accommodations in Siargao vary from budget-friendly to high-priced villas that fit all kinds of travelers. The popular area to book accommodations is General Luna where the food and party scenes are bussin. Other areas to book are Pacifico and Dapa.

Guyam Island is a small island with white sand and rock flooring. There are spots here made for Instagram shots, so be pose-ready in every shot. Sometimes, this island is closed for private functions, so it is better to ask if it is available before booking a tour. 

Daku Island is the biggest among the three islands, hence the name which means big in the local dialect. There is a community here, so ordering food for lunch or even beer helps the livelihood. The tour will let you spend most of the time here. Cottages are available for rent, or you can lay your towel under the shade.

Naked Island of Siargao is a pure sand island. Though it gets too hot here by noon, you will still enjoy the sand and the scenery, even without trees.

With hundreds of coconut trees in view, this view deck near Maasin is a scenic stop. The all-green view has no obstruction and is open for the public's appreciation. Locals offer human-drone videos here. Try it for fun!

Magpupungko Rock Pool is located at Pilar, an hour drive from General Luna. The entrance fee is Php50. You will see the beach, rock formations, and amazing pools of deep green water. You can also jump from the rock formation to the pool; the height is about 5 meters high. 

There is no landmark or exact location of this shot, but I guess there are plenty of places with this view. I got mine from the road between Pilar and Del Carmen. If you see tourists standing in the middle of the road and taking photos, that's it!

The Secret Beach is in Guiwan, and the only landmark is the motorbike parked on the side of the road- though it is now searchable on Google. I didn't know this beach until I got curious as to why there were many motorbikes in the area but no establishments or restaurants. So  I followed the trail in the woods, walked for 5 mins, and got anxious if I was on the right trail. But when you hear the waves and see the beach, you are safe. There are tourists there learning how to surf. Waves here are for beginners.

Maasin River is known because of the swing. This coconut tree is now reinforced to handle unlimited swings from tourists of different body weights. There is no entrance fee for the swing, just a donation, but you must pay an environmental fee of Php20. You may opt to do a river tour instead or kayak at this destination.

Cloud 9 is the iconic destination of Siargao. It is a known surfing spot and waves get high during the October season. The entrance fee here is Php100, but locals at the entrance offer a one-hour surfing lesson for Php500. They will provide your board, a quick demonstration, and then you are good to go. These locals will help you get your best surfing shot even when you can hardly stand on your board.

This spot has unraveled its secret after a famous Filipina posted a photo here enjoying her time there. But true enough, this secret beach has a quaint vibe less the crowd now. The grass-sand-beach combination makes this spot a lovely chill place to watch sunset or just bask.

Opened after the pandemic, the Catangnan Bridge is a hippy place every afternoon. People flock here to watch the sunset, eat merienda, skate, stand-up paddle, and, of course, jump from this bridge. As foreigners also delight in this area, locals call this "Afam Bridge." Take up the challenge to jump here on your Siargao visit!

The no-fuss beach. You can pin this beach on Google and follow the route going here. Only a few tourists go here to enjoy its secluded feel. Make sure to return to the main road before evening, as there are no light posts in this area.

This is the surfer's eye-candy beach. Waves here are for beginners to intermediate. Locals offer surfing lessons here for Php500 -long board included. Additional Php400 if you are enticed to get photos and vid while riding the waves. Pacifico is an hour drive from General Luna and is also a spot-on beach for chill, beer, and music.

One of my favorites! The beach is located in the northern part of Siargao Island and is an hour and a half drive from General Luna. I love the calmness of the water, its blue hue, and its mellow yet leisurely beach. Just visit the beach and thank me for the recommendation.

Stingless jellyfish? Yes, they are here and you can swim with them without the fear of being stung. Get a tour to experience this which also includes visits to other caves.

Beach spots in Siargao are finder's keepers. There are a lot of spots to get the vibe that you like- you name it, Siargao has it. My favorite is Alegria and a spot along Malinao. When you find it, you'll love it!

Party in Siargao is pretty organised. Every night venue changes, so better ask the locals where the venue for that evening will be.
